only thing guaranteed in life is that all mountain has peak and end. That climbing in your life will make you stronger at the end. Effort never makes you weaker. You will know your self and the world around you better. You will be proud of your self when you looking back your life picture one day. That's guaranteed to every single person no matter what. 

登り終えて振り返るまで、登った山の高さはわからない。山には頂点と終わりがある。人生で唯一誰にでも保証されていることは、どの山も、登りきったら、自分をよりよく知り、世界を知り、強い人間にするということだ。結果として良くなることが保証されているのだから、こんなにお得なことはない。だから、あきらめない。身体を壊さない。足腰を鍛える勉強をする。当然だが、自殺はしない。人を傷つけない。遅くても弱くても休みながら前に進む。元気があったらグングン進む。
